The intention of this website is to bring together in one easily accessible place talks, writings, and resources that will help my patients and the public at large to reduce their distress. I also hope to enhance their confidence in accessing their own internal resources to better manage their automatic responses to stress and challenges in life. I offer my expertise as a clinical psychologist and my interpretation of the teachings offered from the writings of the Buddha and Buddhist scholars.
